How do you keep our data and systems secure?
Your AI agent system is installed specifically for your business. It has its own files, memory, permissions and connections. Each new client receives a completely separate installation, so there is no shared client database and no built-in path for transferring information from one business to another.
By default, the system is not remotely accessible unless remote access or external connections are deliberately configured. Your data stays within your business environment and approved services. We never copy it into another client’s system or reuse it for another client.
Each agent receives only the access needed for its role. Sensitive actions, such as deleting records, making payments or changing critical systems, can be blocked or require human approval. Important actions can also be logged and reviewed.
Hermes includes safeguards such as user authorisation, command approvals, restricted file access, container isolation and credential protection, as described in the Hermes security documentation.
For regulated organisations, we adapt the deployment to their policies and applicable requirements, including GDPR data protection by design, EU AI Act human oversight, AI system cybersecurity and DORA.
Your installation belongs to your business: separate system, minimum access, human control and no client-to-client data sharing.
